Understanding and Implementing ISO9001:2015

11. Understand the aspects of product and service design.

12. Control the processes, products and services offered by the company.

13. Understand the provision of products and services.

14. Control the release of products and services and results that do not comply with the criteria.

15. Evaluate the overall organizational performance.

16. Improve QMS and the organization through continuous improvement programs.
